Built around the building.
Running a strata complex involves people with different responsibilities: residents, landlords, strata managers, property managers and contractors. Information often sits across inboxes, documents and separate systems.
dwell brings that work into one place. It connects the public ACT strata directory with private workspaces for the people who live in, own and manage each property.
From finding a property to managing it.
The public directory lets anyone find an ACT complex by name, address or unit-plan number, browse the map and view building details.
Inside an approved workspace, members can follow maintenance requests, share notices and documents, and keep track of important dates. Building calendars cover meetings and shared maintenance; unit calendars cover inspections and lease dates.
The workspace reflects each person’s assigned role and properties. A strata manager works at complex level, while property managers and landlords work with their units. Tenants and landlords keep their accounts as their property relationships change.
Public discovery. Private day-to-day work.
Anyone can explore the directory. Access to a building workspace is reviewed by role and property, so private records are available to the people entitled to see them.
dwell is live at dwell.network. New members can request an invitation, and enquiries go through the dwell contact page.
