By role

For executive committee.

The executive-committee role gives strata committee members full read visibility of their complex — the context to govern well, without day-to-day management duties.

What the role is for

Committee members make decisions on behalf of owners — approving budgets, choosing works, setting by-law directions. To do that well you need to see the same picture your strata manager works from. The executive-committee role gives you exactly that: read access to everything on your complex page, without the management controls.

Set up

In your portal, add an executive-committee profile and link your home complex. If you also own your unit, keep your landlord profile too and switch roles as needed.

What you can see

What stays with the strata manager

Creating and editing content — announcements, events, documents, levy records, polls, contractor records — and dispatching work remain strata-manager duties. When the committee decides something needs to happen, the strata manager executes it on the platform, and the audit log records every action for your review.
