The ACT directory.
An interactive map and list of every unit plan (strata complex) in Canberra — your starting point for finding any building in the ACT.
Finding a complex
Open the directory from the home page or your account menu.
Use the search box to search by building name, street address, suburb or unit plan number (for example UP 1234).
Narrow the list with the district, suburb and unit class filters.
Click a complex in the list or a marker on the map to open its detail panel.
Click View complex to open the complex's full page (see The complex page).
The detail panel
When you select a complex, a panel appears showing:
- The official building name and unit plan number
- Street address and suburb
- Number of units and unit class
- A building photo where one is available
- Contact details for the strata manager (if linked)
- A View complex button to open the community page
Reading the map
- Markers cluster together when zoomed out; click a cluster to zoom in and spread them apart.
- When a complex is selected, its footprint is highlighted on the map — the actual unit-plan outline where available, or a dashed cadastral block outline labelled approximate otherwise.
- Map data is ACT open data (unit plans, blocks and addresses), kept current by the platform.
Sharing a link to a complex
Every complex has a stable URL that includes its ID (for example /directory?c=42). Copy the address from your browser's address bar and share it — when someone opens the link, the map centres on that building automatically.
The directory shows official ACT unit-plan information only. Everything you post, message or log as a member stays inside the private workspace.
