For landlords.
Visibility across every unit you own — no matter how many complexes they're in. Levies, documents, maintenance and community, all in one portfolio view.
Your portfolio
In your portal, set up a landlord profile and link every unit you own. There's no limit, and units can span any number of complexes. Once linked, each complex page shows you everything relevant to your investment:
- Levy notices and payment status for each of your units
- Building announcements and community updates
- Maintenance requests affecting your units
- Meeting minutes and by-laws in the Documents tab
Levy tracking
The Levies tab shows the period, amount, due date and status for every unit you own — upcoming, paid or overdue. Filter by status to spot anything overdue across the portfolio quickly.
Documents
The Documents tab is your building's filing cabinet:
- By-laws — the rules that govern your building
- Meeting minutes — records of AGMs and committee meetings
- Insurance certificates — building insurance details
- Levy notices — quarterly or annual levy statements
Documents are organised by category and sorted newest first. Click any document to download it.
Maintenance visibility
When a tenant reports an issue or your property manager dispatches work, the Maintenance tab keeps you in the loop — status, quotes and outcomes for your units. Landlords can also lodge requests and, for their own units, dispatch work to contractors. See Work orders.
Staying in the loop
Follow the Community tab for building news, RSVP to Events like AGMs, and vote in Polls when the committee asks owners' views. If you also live in the building, set up a tenant profile too and switch roles as needed.
