Dwell keeps you connected to your building and your community — announcements, events, maintenance, levies and polls, all in one place.

Set up once, then it's home

In your portal, set up a tenant profile and link the unit you live in. That link powers everything below — your home complex page becomes your building's noticeboard.

Community feed

• Read announcements from your strata manager — pinned posts sit at the top.
• Post updates to share news with neighbours.
• Comment on any post (up to 250 characters) and react with 👍 ❤️ or 😮.
• Delete your own posts and comments if you change your mind.

Events

Check the Events tab for AGMs, social gatherings and maintenance windows. Click an event for details, then RSVP Going, Maybe or Not going — it helps organisers plan.

Report maintenance

Something broken in your unit or a common area? Go to the Maintenance tab and click New request:

• Title — a short description (for example, “Kitchen tap leaking”).
• Category — plumbing, electrical, structural, common area or other.
• Priority — low, medium, high or urgent.
• Description — the details that will help the tradesperson.
• Unit number — your unit, or leave blank for common-area issues.

Your request appears with a New status, and you can watch it move through Quoted → Scheduled → In progress → Done. See Work orders for what happens behind the scenes.

Levies

The Levies tab shows levy records for your unit: the period, amount, due date and whether it's upcoming, paid or overdue. Filter by status to see what's outstanding at a glance.

Polls

When the committee runs a poll, it appears in the Polls tab. Cast your vote, and change it any time until the poll closes — your latest choice counts.

Messaging

Message other members directly from the account menu. One rule to know: contractor ↔ tenant conversations are restricted — a manager grants access when there's a genuine work-related need. See Messages & notifications.
